Dimension: 1630 x 690 x  2170(mm)

Function: To enhance the strength of upper limbs and the muscles in chest and back. To promote your cardio-pulmonary function.

Method: Sit on the apparatus. Hold the handgrip with both hands and push forward with effort till your arms extend straight. Revert slowly and repeat.

 

Dimension: 1130 x 760 x 1560 (mm)

Function: To build up the muscle groups of waist, enhance body  co-ordination and flexibility. Suitable for people of different ages.

Method: Hold handles on both sides with hands, put your feet on the pedal and swing from side to side.

Note: No person or any obstruction should be within a radius of 1 meter when it is in use. Protection from adult is needed when children are using it.

Dimension: 1075 x 535 x 1390 (mm)

Function: To increase the mobility of lower limbs, and improve the body co-ordination, balance and aerobic capacity.

Method: Hold the handle and stand on the pedal. Adjust the center of your body, and walk back and forth.

Note:  You should get a good grip on the handle when using the equipment to avoid accident.
